The Founder

Erika Rolle founded Eloking Construction Professionals LLC in October 2023.  Erika has studied at the University of Maryland, seeking PMP certification in 2024. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Baker College in Auburn Hills, MI. After 10 years of working in DC for a Contractor specializing in underground utilities, the company restructured, and her role was phased out. During her transition, she recognized the vast opportunity to continue supporting construction projects and small businesses, entrepreneurs, and service providers throughout communities across the DMV(DC, MD, VA) areas. Erika relocated to Houston, Texas, to expand her professional reach and to position Eloking Construction Professionals LLC within one of the country’s fastest-growing commercial markets. Under her direction, the company has expanded to include 3 core service units: ECP, providing PM and general contracting services; KquikLynks™, a digital service platform offering structured web build outs as well as, the upcoming Commerce Store which will offer retail tools to grow small businesses. Erika leads with purpose as a mother, grandmother, sister, blending business strategy with a deep commitment to community.
